I contacted USK Automotive a few days ago about a Ford Kuga they had for sale. The car was in good condition and had low mileage but was 15 years old with no cambelt change. Due to this, I asked if they would consider lowering the price to £5100 so I could cover the cost of replacing the cambelt. They agreed to this in writing, stating, "Hi, Ben, yes that's fine, see you on Friday. Many thanks."I made it clear that I would be spending over £100 on train fares to get to their location. When I arrived, I found the car acceptable overall, though it wasn’t freshly cleaned or hoovered, which I overlooked. However, when we sat down to discuss the price, I was told they hadn’t agreed to £5100, despite me showing them the written agreement. They denied it outright, which was unbelievable.To make matters worse, they tried to charge £100 for a warranty, even though the car advert stated it came with a 3-month warranty included. The salesman then said the best they could offer was £5300 without a warranty, refusing to honor the agreed price.This experience was a complete waste of my time and money – I spent over £200 unnecessarily. I left without purchasing, and I’m glad my hard-earned money didn’t go to a dealership that operates this way.Avoid USK Automotive unless you’re willing to accept the price they set and don’t mind being misled.

I recently bought a car from USK. Unfortunately, it didn't even take 50 miles (in 3 weeks) to drive without error messages on the dashboard. After the diagnostics, it turned out that the car had a very serious problem and fixing it will exceed the warranty cover more than £500. I spoke with the dealership about the situation and I have been promised that the car will be fixed by USK. I have been stalled for more than a week by various lies about the repair. And then finally, they denied my rights, ignored my calls and text messages. There was no other option but taking legal action against them. What a waste of money and time. Do not recommend them at all!

Sometimes it's when things go wrong (our fault) that others need praising. A family member, buying her first car, got confused and she accidentally gave us the Bank account details of USK Automotive to pay instead of the company she was actually buying her car from (both companies had a similar car for sale). Fair play to USK they swiftly transferred the money back in full the next day and that certainly deserves a thank you and a 5 star review for them.
